在目前的發展階段,我國發展具有中國特色、物理性能高、外觀質量好、耐(nai)用(yong)環(huan)保(bao)的(de)模(mo)板(ban)材(cai)料(liao)。橋(qiao)梁(liang)裝(zhuang)配(pei)式(shi)建(jian)築(zhu)鋼(gang)模(mo)板(ban)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)材(cai)料(liao)實(shi)際(ji)上(shang)是(shi)以(yi)碳(tan)鋼(gang)為(wei)主(zhu)要(yao)材(cai)料(liao)。安(an)裝(zhuang)裝(zhuang)配(pei)式(shi)建(jian)築(zhu)鋼(gang)模(mo)板(ban)一(yi)般(ban)應(ying)自(zi)下(xia)而(er)上(shang)順(shun)序(xu)進(jin)行(xing),每(mei)塊(kuai)模(mo)板(ban)要(yao)求(qiu)位(wei)置(zhi)正(zheng)確(que),表(biao)麵(mian)平(ping)整(zheng),連(lian)接(jie)件(jian)上(shang)緊(jin),拚(pin)縫(feng)嚴(yan)密(mi),必(bi)要(yao)時(shi)用(yong)膩(ni)子(zi)嵌(qian)嚴(yan)縫(feng)隙(xi)。同(tong)一(yi)拚(pin)縫(feng)上(shang)的(de)U形卡設置應正反向間隔避免在同一方向設置,以防鋼模板整體變形。支撐的間距、位置應由配板設計確定,模板安裝前底邊應先批好水泥砂漿找平層以防止漏漿等。
